Ethan Fox

Ethan Fox has been working with athletes through baseball coaching and S&C work for 5 years. Throughout his 20 years of baseball experience he has spent time playing collegiate baseball for Douglas college, Avila University, and Victoria Harbourcats.

Ethan Completed his Bachelors of Science at Camosun and is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

With Ethan’s leadership abilities and experience working with athletes, he has found a passion for helping athletes reach their true potential on and off the field
