NEW TO CLASS: If you're new to this sort of environment, don't worry —we pride ourselves on fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Our certified coaches and trainers will demo all of the exercises and make sure you are executing them correctly. If you need any modifications, please ask and we would be thrilled to accomodate.

MEMBERSHIPS: Our group class series packages and boxing packages are set up as recurring memberships, meaning you’ll be billed every 4 weeks. Our ALL ACCESS high-intensity membership grants you unlimited access to our group classes, 7 days a week. Punch passes are also available for those who prefer a more pay-as-you-go option.

PAUSE/CANCELLATIONS: IIf you wish to pause or cancel your membership, please contact us at admin@empire-athletics.com prior to the start of your next billing cycle. Please note that memberships cannot be refunded once a billing cycle has begun.

ATTENDANCE: Please sign up for each class you plan to attend on the Empire Athletics and Wellness app, available on the App Store.

TARDINESS: If you find yourself running a couple minutes behind, just jump into the warm-up when you can.
FACILITY REQUIREMENTS

ATTIRE: Clients must wear freshly laundered athletic attire and clean shoes at our studio.

EQUIPMENT: Equipment must be handled with care and put away after use.

COMMUNITY: Empire prohibits discrimination, harassment, and bullying on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
AMENITIES

SHOWERS: Both Victoria and Duncan have two full universal washrooms complete with full sized showers. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, and a few other personal care items are available. Towel service is unavailable at the moment.

CHANGE ROOMS: Victoria has one designated universal change room and one washroom. Duncan has two washrooms.

WATER: We have purified water refill stations available.

PERSONAL ITEMS: We have storage cubbies to house your personal items during class. Empire is not held liable for lost or stolen items.

PARKING: In Victoria, there is ample parking available on the gravel outside the warehouse. Please be mindful of other members and avoid blocking anyone in. In Duncan, plenty of parking is available in the lot for your convenience.
