Katrina’s journey as a CSEP-Certified Personal Trainer began with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science from ACU Melbourne in 2017, but it didn’t stop there. Driven by a genuine fascination with how people move, she went on to study Kettlebells, Mat Pilates, Functional Mobility, and Postural Restoration—giving her a diverse lens through which to coach every athlete.
Her philosophy is simple: meet people where they’re at, stay curious, and lead with compassion. She believes training should support you for the long haul, not just the next few weeks.
By helping athletes stay connected to their “why” and choosing consistency over intensity, Katrina creates space for real, lasting growth—and the confidence that comes with discovering what you’re truly capable of.
