Boxing Coach, Strength and Conditioning
Selma is a certified personal trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. As a boxing coach she aims to help everyone realize their potential and build confidence with a sharp and technical focus.
Selma began her journey as a shy exercise-skeptic who wanted to try boxing. It was through this sport she found strength, confidence and a love for fitness. Four years later she continues to be a hard working boxing athlete and seeks to help others discover what sparks their excitement for movement.
She has a degree in Mathematics and returned to school to study anatomy in hopes of one day attending medical school. Selma has also managed an impressive 350lbs deadlift and 160lbs bench press!
